Who will manage our project?

We have a small group of fully qualified, experienced consultants who manage recruitment projects. The person who will manage your project will be the one you make the initial contact with as this usually provides the basis for a good working relationship. If for any reason this does not suit you then another consultant can be allocated, subject to both parties agreement.

How much experience do you have?

Druines has 10 years’ experience of filling Principal and Senior Management vacancies in the FE Sector. This experience has given us an acute understanding of the education sector, its problems and issues and is now being applied to the independent schools sector in the UK.

What resources do you have?

We have an administration team, professional receptionists and have access to well appointed offices in Milton Keynes, Birmingham, Gatwick, Manchester and Stanstead which we can use for interviews or meetings.

Do you provide assistance in interview questions and scoring schemes for us?

Yes. We provide easy to use assessment guidelines, rating and observation sheets for all parts of the assessment process. We also provide help with interview questions and responses to look for, if the panel requires these, although all our assessment materials will work with any relevant questions and therefore do not restrict the panel.

Do you provide guidance to us on employment legislation?

Yes. We always ensure that panels are informed about current employment law relating to recruitment and also best practice in recruitment procedure.

Do we get something off the shelf, or is the project altered to take account of our wishes?

The project is always tailored around your wishes, although we expect to give you advice and guidance about the best route to follow. This sometimes means that your project will follow a very similar path to others we have run, but this reflects the fact that we have a well tested project path that works effectively and gives the panel the information they require to be able to make a sound decision.

What is your guarantee?

We are always aware there is a possibility that you might not find a candidate you are happy with. This is very rare, and we have only had one or two instances of this over the last 10 years. However recognising that it may happen, if we run a full recruitment project for you we will re-run the process again (making any detail changes required) with no second management fee payable.
